我需要在聊天时获取用户的手机号，但在session.user.id 拿到的数据是 8617666666666 这样的格式，如果可以，希望把地区和手机号进行区分

还有一个问题，如何拿到 WhatsApp 传递过来的原始的 webhook 数据
