User Story

As an operator I would like to change the ownership of the Helm installation to move Helm apps to CAAPH for seamless migration. (See the motivation)

Detailed Description

Helm recently released[^1] 3.17.0 and it adds brand-new --take-ownership flag[^2].

--take-ownership if set, upgrade will ignore the check for helm annotations and take ownership of the existing resources

I'd be good practice to migrate Helm-managed apps to CAAPH.

Anything else you would like to add:

Dropping the idea here so we don't forget! Happy to discuss more about whether it makes sense or not!
