What would you like to be added
Add a callout or banner to pages such as https://kubernetes.io/docs/contribute/participate/. The callout or banner should prominently signpost the existence of an equivalent page that's not just for SIG Docs.
Why is this needed
kubernetes/contributor-site#167 - about localization for https://k8s.dev - (somewhat) blocks a wholesale migration of https://kubernetes.io/docs/contribute/ to within https://k8s.dev/
Nevertheless, people encounter https://kubernetes.io/docs/contribute/ and then don't spot the links to https://k8s.dev/
Let's put those links on every page in the section, or nearly every page. I'd use a shortcode for this.

As part of adding the extra prominent banner(s) / alerts / callout, we should drop the existing callouts that aim to achieve the same thing.
