Request: Move Output Device choice up to main menu

I tend to change output devices quite a lot, and it would be nice to have that option in the main menu, maybe under Volumes, rather than under Preferences. Maybe even hot keys for different devices?

Thanks for the suggestion. I've been meaning to do this for a while now, actually. It's in the latest snapshot build: 0.3.0-SNAPSHOT-7b8d1a0.

I've closed this issue, since there shouldn't be anything left to do about moving the menu items and I think #58 covers hot keys for changing audio devices. Feel free to reopen if you'd like.

It might be a while be a while before I can work on the hot keys, but I would like to get around to it eventually. (Or merge a PR for it.)
