Does this work while using Boom at the same time, or can only one of these be used simultaneously?

Hey sammarcus, I have Boom 2 and hate to say that it is not compatible. Although it will work at first, as Boom 2 continues to run, this app will pause your sound/music every couple of seconds as it reacts to changes from Boom (I don't know what is causing that).

So short answer: Get rid of Boom 2, this is a free version that does the same thing (in terms of boosting audio) and has bonus features!
(Tested running: 10.11.5 Beta (15F18c))

I don't think it does the same thing as Boom 2. Boom 2 has an equalizer and enhancements to Spotify, that Spotify doesn't have built in already.
