Distorted Audio When using chime + Airpods pro #473

Description of the bug
The audio is distorted when using amazon chime. I've selected background music as output in chime and selected airpods pro in background music application. Audio is fine when selecting speakers in background music

Steps to reproduce

  1. Attend a meeting in chime
  2. Select background music as output in chime and select airpods pro as output in background music

Versions

  • Background Music: 0.4.0-SNAPSHOT-b38f6dd
  • macOS: Big Sur 11.2.3 (20D91)

Hardware

  • Computer: MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7
  • Audio Device: Airpods pro

Other info

  • I'm not sure if this is related to Background Music currently only supports audio devices with two channels. Bluetooth devices often only have one. If yes, please close this issue
