Stops the music everytime when receiving a new message

Hello! Program is good, but it pauses music in iTunes every time when i recieve a Facebook message or e-mail notification or log in to Skype. This is kind of annoying actually :(

I noticed the same thing on message send. My mail app plays a swoosh sound when I send a message and this pauses the music. It appears that sound from any application causes auto-pause to activate. A suggested implementation (if feasible) would be to specifically identify apps that you want to cause auto-pause - like facetime, skype, etc. In the case of other apps, like mail, I wouldn't want them pausing the music and it is fine to have their sound play over the music.
