Background Music app does not appear as option in System Preferences > Security / Privacy?

Greetings!

Thanks to those who created this app for all to use.

Mid 2010 Mac Pro 5,1
Montery 12.6.3 • Open Core Legacy Patcher
Background Music v0.4.3
Focusrite 18i8 audio interface

First time user of Background Music.app.
During first launch was asked to enable microphone in Security / Privacy.
Background Music.app does not appear in the list there.
Unable to use the app.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
