Any way to also have text messages via Wi-Fi?

I thought Wi-Fi calling also lets you receive and send text messages through Wi-Fi.
But it doesn't work for me.
Is it the same for you guys?

It depends on the operator configuration on the phone. With my Oneplus 8, in France, the operator Orange, there is SMS over IMS + Call over IMS. The same goes for Bouygues Telecom. For FreeMobile, only calls work.
