FATAL EXCEPTION as soon as exiting the app

Describe the bug

During my use of Pixel IMS I found Android shows it as 'keeps stopping' randomly. I managed to reproduce it, and found it's caused by multiple times of fatal exception when exiting the app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start the app
2. Switch from Homepage to SIM page
3. Switch back, and switch to SIM again
4. Exit the app
5. Repeat 1-4
6. After several time as such, Android will treat it as abnormal and show 'Pixel IMS keeps stopping'.

Expected behavior
FATAL EXCEPTION shouldn't happen.
