Unable to view or download file stored in S3 compatible storage

Current Behavior

When a file is uploaded to an S3 compatible storage, the file is unable to be viewed or downloaded.

The thumbnail displays correctly:

However, when clicking View, the file does not load:

Expected Behavior

The file should be able to be viewed and downloaded.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set up S3 compatible storage (in my case Scaleway).
2. Upload a file
3. Attempt to view or download the file.

Environment

- OS: Debian 12
- How docker service was installed: packagemanager
