How to use?

1. Install MySQL or MariaDB
   1-1. Set user
   1-2. Create database named 'prompt_db'
2. Set python env
3. Install python libaray(w/ requirements.txt)
4. Write .env
   4-1. Change the .env.tmp file namt to .env
   4-2. Write content in .env
