Categorize presets

With more contributors adding their own presets to this project, it might get a bit cluttered at the presets select dropdown. Should update the select input to show grouped presets e.g.

• Tech
• Individual

For docker, I think this would be best implemented using an optional volume configuration (e.g. expose /etc/assets/presets for volume binding) - this would allow myself and other users who deploy their own instance to set their preferred presets without contributing IP (my logo) to a public project for anyone to copy.
