Relaxing Codecov patch check #113

The current master failed the CI build because the codecov patch check reported:

0% of diff hit (target 38.4%)

A delta of +/- 0 % should be acceptable.

Btw. the project check is fine and reports "remains the same" in this case.

offa added the enhancement label
