Groups are cleaned up fine, but DMs: cleanup-portal command: Failed to kick user while cleaning up portal error="failed to POST /_matrix/client/v3/rooms/!redacted:c7.ee/kick: M_FORBIDDEN (HTTP 403): You cannot kick user @jtagcat:c7.ee."

Using Synapse, double puppeting is enabled.
