Multiple Session layers

Is it possible to create multiple session layers with different session stores?

Example: An app with multiple session layers due to auth flow requirements.
A main session layer and store where the user get's associated. It has SameSite.Lax or Strict.
An authentication session layer with different store to handle auth csrf state. It has SameSite.None due to POST redirection. Path limited to login page and oauth callback. Immediately deleted upon use and escalated to the above main session.
