ideally devsane.exe device install wiasane.inf should work, but it doesn't.
So, my workaround is to remove the driver completely, install it again and provide the IP address.

Open Regedit, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{6bdd1fc6-810f-11d0-bec7-08002be2092f}\0001\DeviceData and change the "Host" entry

Is that possible to add UI control element to edit the IP address?

I supose so... but it seems this project is dead

By the way, I'm using this "driver" on Windows 10 and Windows 11 but it doesn't work.... "driver" works fine, it can see my scanner connected to a Raspberry Pi, shared via SANE; in Windows, in Device Manager, I can see a WIA Imaging Device but NONE of my Windows applications can see a WIA scanner... (NAPS2 can see it, but It can't scan, I always get an error)
