[BUG] - Devcontainer permissions on first run incorrect for bash history

What is the issue you are experiencing?

bash: history: /home/vscode/commandhistory/.bash_history: cannot create: Permission denied

Steps to Reproduce

Start github codespace on primary repo
Do a few terminal commands

Please provide relevant logs

mealie-py3.12@CloCkWeRX ➜ /workspaces/mealie (mealie-next) $ git checkout -b rearrange-parse-button
Switched to a new branch 'rearrange-parse-button'
