个人愚见，这个方法应该是判断entry资源（参数）是否在classpath中的。因为launcher的启动本质就是指定了classpath的application启动，所以需要这个方法把classpath确定。读到这里的时候有些云里雾里，小马哥能否精简一下

我觉得这个方法是用来过滤得到当前Spring Boot应用可执行Jar内的 BOOT-INF/classes/ 和 BOOT-INF/lib/ 两个文件夹内的字节码文件和第三方jar包的吧。
