Azure Email Communication API Intengration

Hi,
I am using sendportal for email campaigns. it works completely fine with AWS but i want to send campaign through Azure Email Communication Service. On email service there are different options like mailjet, portal, aws but not Azure ECS. how to integrate to add Azure Email Communication API with sendportal ?

i have already tested Azure ECS with SMTP authentication , it works good but there are the limitation with email tracking like click, open events.

please help me out to configure sendportal to connect with Azure ECS api.
