Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When trying to access a workspace service in a workspace VM I am unable to do so when copy/paste is disabled without typing out the full url of the service. Databricks being an example.

Describe the solution you'd like
Access to the TRE UI/API should be allowed within a workspace VM. The application gateway can use a private and public IP address so a route could be created to point it directly to the service rather than traversing the public internet, keeping connections contained. It would then allow from within a workspace VM the copying/pasting of SAS Tokens to import data and use the "connect" button on services such as Databricks and AzureML effectively.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Turning off the disabling of copy/paste (however this does not align with SATRE).
Typing out the full URL of SAS tokens for Airlock procedures and typing the full url of databricks etc.

Additional context
When trying to access to TRE UI from within a workspace the following error occurs:
