I'm able to build a whl locally, and tests seem to be fine. Working on getting these published sometime this week. I'll probably start with a 0.15.0 whl built with python 3.10 to confirm you're seeing things work there. I would upload here to test but it seems we cannot upload whls.

Please do share your built WHL files. DeepSpeed 0.16.3 would be best for Python 3.10.x. I have hit a lot of dead ends on Windows AI systems due to DeepSpeed being such a pain to compile on Windows. I was able to find older WHLs but need the latest now. If you cannot host them in your repo I will happily host them on huggingface for you.

Please do share on any site you can and I will post them to huggingface as a more permanent location for people..

Hi @SoftologyPro - we've just published whls for python 3.10, 3.11, and 3.12 to PyPI here for the most recent release of DeepSpeed (0.16.3) and plan to publish these for releases going forward.

Any chance you can build a WHL for DeepSpeed 0.15.1 and Python 3.10? I need that for an older project.
