libcrypto.lib(libcrypto-lib-cryptlib.obj) Linking Issue

Hi,

I have used vcpkg-2024.07.12 version. I have successfully installed OpenSSL as static library. When linking libcrypto.lib and libssl.lib to the Application I have faced some linker (build) issue.

Note: Installed version is OpenSSL-3.3.1

You're probably trying to use openssl compiled with VS2015-2022 in VS2013.
The latter is unsupported: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/vcpkg/concepts/supported-hosts#unsupported

You can try to force vcpkg to use older toolset, but don't expect any support for it:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/vcpkg/users/triplets#vcpkg_platform_toolset
