The tooltip "Slot Setting" is removed from the Application Setting after renaming it

Repro Steps:

1. Create a new web app.
2. Add a new application setting for the above web app.
3. Toggle the above setting as a "Slot Setting" and then rename this application setting.
4. Check whether the tooltip "Slot Setting" still appears.

Expected:
The tooltip "Slot Setting" still appears after renaming the setting.

Actual:
The tooltip "Slot Setting" is removed after renaming the setting.

Hi Megan,

When I renamed the setting in VS Code and then opened the portal to verify, it still didn’t show up as a slot setting.

More Info:
If I want to rename the setting through the portal and it was previously selected as a slot setting, it will remain selected as a slot setting during the renaming process, and there's no need to select it again. As a result, it will continue to appear as a slot setting even after renaming it in the portal.
