Correct syntax to add github account via docker compose env file?

Hello, I am trying to configure Komodo via docker and have successfully amended the compose.env file. However I am trying to add a github account. I can see the equivalent configuration in the .toml file is
[[git_provider]] domain = "github.com" accounts = [ { username = "mbecker20", token = "access_token_for_account" } ]

... but I am not sure how to translate these arrays to the syntax for compose.env. Is this possible and if not, what is the best way to add this configuration otherwise?
