export menu / custom layout / improve path selection

Configuring all the custom properties on export, particularly the paths, is more tedious than it needs to be. A menu with a custom layout could make it easier to select all the right files, offer dropdowns for skins, better explain the base path etc.

I've been informed that an alternative useful thing to do would be to give the path StringProperty fields a subtype of DIR_PATH/FILE_PATH so users are offered a file picked. I was not aware of this option or I would have used it.

I tested adding that, you simply can't do that. Blender complains that a file picker window is already open when using the button with this addition. So, alternative could be setting a default value via addon properties, at least for the base path.
