Issues with USB in peripheral mode

I have self-powered usb hub and want to use my xiaomi-vince as device permanently connected to it(sometimes it connected to pc, sometimes not, but in my case I expect that it will always charging from that usb hub). But it can't to properly init the connection and as result doesn't charging. I also tried value here to "peripheral" but it doesn't work too.
