Add ubuntu 22.04 binaries? #480
Comments
The binaries for Ubuntu 20.04 should work on any newer version of Ubuntu, so that shouldn’t be an issue for you yourself using the toolchain on a newer version. That said, when 20.04 gets removed from GitHub actions, I will need to update the releases to be built with a newer version too. But the intent is to build with an as old version as possible, to make the binaries usable on as many versions as possible. |
weird, I remember having tested it out with an ubuntu runner and it not working for whatever reason. I'll try again and see if it works, thanks! |
Well damn. I guess I mixed them up, this shouldn't be necessary then! Thanks a lot! :) |
GitHub is removing support for Ubuntu 20.04 in GitHub Actions builds; we rely on the ubuntu binaries to quickly build windows releases for Schism Tracker through CI. If there's any way there could be 22.04 releases generated for llvm-mingw I would greatly appreciate it :)
