Is it possible to run murmur-user-wrapper -i but have the INI file generated in a choosen directory instead of ~/murmur/ directory?

Also I installed the mumble-server package on Ubuntu, will this command be changed to mumble-server-user-wrapper -i once the translation of murmur to mumble-server commands are done?

Yes - it has already been renamed in the current master branch: https://github.com/mumble-voip/mumble/blob/master/auxiliary_files/run_scripts/mumble-server-user-wrapper.in

Currently not, no. Note however that the directory will be ~/mumble-server as of the latest version of the script (see above).
Such an option should be relatively straight forward to implement in the script linked above - pull requests welcome :)

I am no expert in bash, but after inspecting the script you linked above, by adding the '-d` flag, you can change the directory on where the INI file is generated.
