Bluetooth interface stops working with error code 43 after a few minutes

Hello! Please, help!
the situation is this, when I go into the mumble with bluetooth headphones i12 TWS, then the bluetooth on the PC turns off after 2-3 minutes!
Windows new - drivers updated. What can be wrong?

1. Connect Bluetooth headphones.
2. Launch Mumble and connect to a server.
3. Wait a few minutes.
