не могу подключиться к серверу с компьютера пишет время подключения истекло но если включаю usb модем то подключает быстро общался с оператором интернета там сказали что у них все нормально и что с вашей стороны и дет какая то блокировка моего ip

I can't connect to the server from the computer, it says that the connection time has expired, but if I turn on the USB modem, the connection is fast. I contacted the internet service provider and they said that they are doing fine and that there is some kind of blocking of my IP address on your part

We don't block any IP addresses in Mumble. If there is a connectivity issue, then this is almost certainly due to some issue in your local setup.

Without knowing from where to where you are trying to connect, I can't say anything else though 🤷
