See nanoc/nanoc#1695.

The Nanoc documentation is in two minds about using Bundler. Occasionally it suggests gem install nanoc while at other times, it suggests using Bundler.

It’s probably best to stick to Bundler consistently --- it’s proven and standard software by this point.
