Story
As a developer,
I would like to be able to retrieve the full URL of my API,
So that I can hit my API easily from a test

Acceptance Criteria

Provide a utility function in @laconia/test, which is already written in acceptance.spec.js inside laconia-acceptance-test
Update acceptance.spec.js
Update laconiajs/examples
