I am currently trying to apply a 3D non-rigid deformation to my own test case. When I run the example case "cpd_nonrigid3d_cuda.py" from the example folder, the source points and the target points are plotted, but the result is not. The problem is that when I plot the result, it is not deformed to the target geometry, but stays on the source geometry. Your "cpd_nonrigid2d.py" test case seems to work.
Many thanks,
Alexandre
