Add support for baking FEL into BL instead of discarding

A few other applications offer this feature but none with ease of use that DV7toDV8 offers. An example would be the 8-2-1 workflow in DoVi_Scripts. If possible this would be a great addition.

Hi @bobbleheed — Since an FEL contains part of the video stream, and baking it into the BL therefore requires re-encoding the BL+EL, there are a lot of choices involved in the settings you want to use in re-encoding the video, and I would need to bundle a tool like FFMPEG or Handbrake to do the encoding, so it feels out of scope for this app for the time being.
