Feature Request: workspace removal capability

Right now, once a workspace is created, there is no way to remove the workspace. Is it possible to add workspace removal capability to allow user better control the workspace?

This idea is helpful when using workspaces for projects and sub-projects - you can easily create a workspace by name (Issue 123) and bring windows to it, but when done it would be nice if it could go away (without restarting - I have hundreds of windows and that takes too long).

Similarly, renaming a workspace would be useful when you want to repurpose it, or simply have a better name.

There is no need to remove workspaces. Empty workspaces are auto-deleted automatically
