[FEATURE] “fixed” description is often less relevant than nothing #89

When there’s no description, the README will often start with badges. Either these could be removed (removing all images from the description), either it should be left blank, since as a reuser, it’s almost impossible to know a “real” description from an unpredictable one, that could be improved with other sources like GitHub.
