I was playing with npmsio data, and I found this:

The number of contributors can't pass 100.
For instance, express framework:

https://api.npms.io/v2/package/express --> 100
https://api.github.com/repos/expressjs/express/contributors?page=8 --> more than 200

In early versions, the GH api didn't support pagination on the contributors endpoint. Now it does, we need to fetch all the pages.
