npms analyzer seems to stuck sometimes, and miss packages updates.

Is it possible to add manual triggering of package update?

To avoid DDoS this API could be limited to package author/maintainers with rate limit, say, 1 request a day.

I think it would help a lot of people here, who suffer from outdated search results.
