Package Not Found

When I try to search my package in the search engine it won't show my package.
When I try it whith a link I get {"code":"NOT_FOUND","message":"Module not found"}

I got the same problem as well.
npms.io link: https://api.npms.io/v2/package/iztro <-- Not Found
npmjs.com link: https://www.npmjs.com/package/iztro
github.com link: https://github.com/SylarLong/iztro

it's weird because I deleted a package long time ago but it's still can be searched on npms. but all my new packages are not found.

Is there a way to trigger an update of the mirror? Looks like it has not updated in at least 8 months. LangchainJS is not present on it.

I got the same problem with newer npms like iobroker.awtrix-light or iobroker.notificationforandroidtv and others... If I go directly to https://www.npmjs.com/package/iobroker.notificationforandroidtv I can see the npm.
