No ability to select timestamp of video for thumbnail

This is more of a feature request than a bug report, if you could please add this as an option it would be greatly appreciated. Currently relying on react-native-create-thumbnail which hasn't been updated in over a year.

Current behavior

createVideoThumbnail only retrieves first frame with no option to select other points in the video

Expected behavior

Parameter to select timestamp from video to create thumbnail, as is possible with react-native-create-thumbnail

i have exactly this same issue,
react-native-create-thumbnail works great but i prefer having a minimal dependencies in my app
