Need to load test more types of hardware to understand the limit. Alternatively, just report the power usage.

Given that they have same advertised TOPS, seems reasonable that M1/M1 Pro/M1 Max would have some power limit for ANE and M1 Ultra would be 2x that.

Same for M2.
I don't have any M3 to test
