The only constraint I'm aware of from the Directors side: we'd like to ensure that up to 50% of the committee can be director-nominated.
This is in recognition of the help we've had from highly-experienced advisors in the committee: we want a mix of community representation, people who can get experience what a governance board might look like, and people who have "done it before" and can offer strategic viewpoints.
Thinking question: how do we counteract the systemic bias that often gifts privileged individuals with more experience at "higher" levels?
