Hitting error in development guide with Docker

Hey all. I've been running through the development setup guide, and the Docker part doesn't work for me: https://docs.openwebui.com/getting-started/development#-running-in-a-docker-container

services.backend.develop.watch: target is required for non-rebuild actions: invalid compose project

This is easily fixable, and I'm happy to putting a PR to update the doc, but just making sure that it's not just something specific to my Docker setup. I can add a section to the troubleshooting section, if it's not desirable to update the dev compose file.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
