Keyword tagging

In a few places we've written out extra keywords for searchability/SEO, i.e.

Is there a way to make this real keywords, or something that behaves more like tags? For example I'm writing a short blurb on HMR

and it'd be nice to have a click-through on a keyword that brings up everywhere else the keyword is mentioned. This is similar to just searching for it, but could be more presentable
