Study how to watch video using peer to peer protocol

With the peertube project, user watching video watch them using the bittorrent protocol. The video is store on a server but when watching it, a bittorrent server is used and every watcher become a peer.

Describe the solution you'd like

Peertube is using the video.js player, some other library for the p2p feature and the have develop some video.js plugins.
We should study them to understand how it works and implement them in marsha.
We also have to check the license compatibility,
