Description of issue

Every time I restart the terminal I have to install homebrew (msg: zsh: command not found: brew), I always add it to the PATH and everything else in each installation.

Did you do the Next Steps that were printed prominently at the end of your original installation (and probably every subsequent reinstallation)? Try running your installation one more time and do what it says right at the end.
