MegaLinter Azure DevOps Extension/Task

Hi all,

I've been working on a small POC for a MegaLinter Azure DevOps pipeline task, it's not quite ready but aim is to use the NPM package ran via NPX to with azure pipeline caching of the package to speed up runtime and ultimately make it easier to use MegaLinter inside Azure DevOps.

Is this something you'd be interested in collaborating on or with the view to making publicly available, If not do you have any objections to me doing this? Because I can always keep it private if it's not something you sanction

It would be great! I assume that is the equivalent of the "action.yml" for azure?

It would be obviously mentioned in MegaLinter Azure integration documentation :)

@nvuillam I added a few of the contributors to MegaLinter as collaborator on my repo. Which I've kept private for now whilst I iron out the last few bugs and can then make public.
