[VERS] support composer's version scheme #342

PHP's leading package manager composer is using an own version syntax. They may be semver-like, but have their very own specialities.
read https://getcomposer.org/doc/articles/versions.md

goal: have this specific version scheme acknowledged and supported by vers
(just like npm/node-semver is acknowledged as an own type)
