Suggestion: include preprocessed Schematron file #40

Instead of copying the source Schematrons from https://github.com/ConnectingEurope/eInvoicing-EN16931/tree/master/cii/schematron and https://github.com/ConnectingEurope/eInvoicing-EN16931/tree/master/ubl/schematron you may use the "preprocessed" version instead - it contains all the resolved includes etc. and therefore compiles a lot quicker:
